Liability Waiver

Upon final payment, all customers, participants and all associates (the "Customer") who use the items bought (the "Furniture") hereby waive any and all rights, claims or causes of action of any kind whatsoever arising out of the use and handling of the Furniture, and do hereby release and forever discharge Lake Life Furniture LLC, their affiliates, managers, members, agents, attorneys, staff, volunteers, representatives, successors and assigns, for any physical or psychological injury that may result from the use of the Furniture, including traveling to and from an event related to the Furniture, and while in, on or upon the premises where the Furniture is being made or sold.

Upon final payment, it is agreed that the Customer hold harmless Lake Life Furniture LLC against any and all claims, suits or actions of any kind whatsoever for liability, damages, compensation or otherwise brought by the Customer or anyone on their behalf. To the extent that statute or case law does not prohibit releases for negligence, this release is also for negligence on the part of Lake Life Furniture, its agents, and employees.
